This page is written for clarity, but it should still be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before a full public launch. By completing the Capital Audit, requesting access, signing in or using the platform, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

Who We Are

KemiKing Capital is operated by TheKemiKing. For privacy, support, correction, export or deletion requests, contact support@kemiking.com.

What We Collect

We collect audit and account details such as your name, email address, Capital Audit answers and report, membership status, access dates, policy acceptance records and login activity. When you use the platform, we also store the situations you submit, generated playbooks, starred playbooks, diary actions, action logs, feedback and daily check-in entries. If you enrol in Executive Communication Academy, we store your role and sector context, communication goals, target leadership situations, optional articulation self-assessment, practice preferences, generated lessons, favourites, completion dates, retrieval and articulation ratings, real-world transfer records, written reflections and lesson-quality feedback.

Special Category And Sensitive Data

Your inputs may include sensitive information about health, relationships, finances, work or personal circumstances. Only share information you are comfortable storing in your private account and having processed for the purposes described here. The platform is designed for educational guidance and personal organisation, not clinical, legal, tax or regulated financial advice.

Photos

KemiKing Capital does not currently store progress photos. Any progress tracking is text-based unless a separate photo-storage feature is deliberately introduced with clear consent and additional privacy controls.

Voice Recordings

KemiKing Capital does not currently record, upload or store Academy voice recordings. Speaking exercises are completed by the member without in-app audio capture. Any future voice-analysis feature would require a separate, explicit consent and deletion process before recording is enabled.

How We Use Data

• To authenticate your account and manage access.
• To generate, email and store your Capital Audit report and first-season recommendation.
• To understand whether Capital Audit report links, emails and first-season applications are working, including limited email open and click tracking where supported by the email client.
• To generate and save personalised playbooks.
• To personalise, generate and track Executive Communication Academy lessons where you choose to enrol.
• To power diary, action plan and weekly progress features.
• To provide support, administer membership and improve the platform.
• To process membership payments and manage billing records where paid access is used.
• To send access, password reset, expiry, weekly diary reminder, monthly review and end-of-access summary emails where enabled.

Founder And Admin Review

Capital Audit submissions, member entries, generated playbooks, Academy lessons and reflections, access requests and support requests may be reviewed by authorised KemiKing administrators for member support, safety, quality improvement, product development and prompt evaluation. This review is intended to improve the standard of the product as real members use it.

Administrative access should be treated as private operational access, not public sharing. Do not enter information you would not be comfortable storing in your account or having reviewed by authorised administrators for these purposes.

System Processing

When you generate a playbook or open a new personalised Academy lesson, your submitted context and relevant tool or curriculum context are sent to the automated generation provider used by the platform so a response can be generated. System outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances, so review them carefully before acting. Avoid entering information you do not want processed for this purpose.

Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, database, automated generation, payment processing, email delivery, webfont delivery, monitoring and code-management services. Current core providers include Supabase for authentication and database services, AWS Lightsail for hosting, Anthropic for automated generation, Stripe for payments and billing, an SMTP/email provider for transactional emails, Google Fonts for delivery of the typefaces used on public and member pages, and GitHub for code management. Loading a Google-hosted font stylesheet or font file discloses ordinary request metadata such as IP address, browser information and the requested page resource to Google; it is not used by KemiKing as optional analytics. These providers may process data in countries outside your own.

Local Drafts

Draft tool inputs may be stored in your own browser local storage so you do not lose long notes before generating a playbook. These drafts stay on that device/browser unless you clear them from your profile.

Cookies And Similar Technologies

KemiKing uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep the platform secure and usable. The secure session cookie keeps members signed in. Functional browser storage may remember local drafts, dashboard theme, check-in date, diary preferences and similar working preferences you ask the platform to remember.

Optional analytics storage is used only if you accept analytics cookies. When accepted, the public Capital Audit may store a browser audit session id so CTA clicks, starts, gate reach and completions can be understood as one journey. If analytics is not accepted, this browser session id is removed and not recreated. Aggregate audit events may still be recorded without a browser identifier to understand demand, service reliability and abuse signals.

No third-party marketing pixel is currently installed. Marketing storage is reserved for future use only if you explicitly accept it. You can manage choices from the cookie banner, the Cookie Policy or the privacy area inside your profile.

Retention

Playbooks, actions, check-ins, Academy programme cycles, lessons, practice evidence and reflections remain in your account while your account is active so you can track progress over time. Restarting the Academy archives the earlier cycle rather than silently mixing it with the new curriculum. You can delete individual playbooks and actions inside the app. Password reset tokens are temporary. Email, login, billing, support and admin records may be kept for security, support, audit, accounting and legal reasons. Backups may retain data for a limited period after deletion before they are overwritten. You can request account-level deletion or correction from your profile.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and object to certain processing. Members can export their profile, playbooks, actions and available Academy programme data from the profile area and submit deletion or support requests from inside the app.

Security

We use authenticated access, secure cookies in production, content security controls and database-level access controls. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive details.
