This policy explains how TheKemiKing handles audit submissions, member information, playbooks, diary actions and account data inside KemiKing Capital OS.

Who We Are

KemiKing Capital OS is operated by TheKemiKing. For privacy, support, correction, export or deletion requests, contact support@kemiking.com.

What We Collect

We collect audit and account details such as your name, email address, Capital Audit answers and report, membership status, access dates, policy acceptance records and login activity. When you use the platform, we also store the situations you submit, generated playbooks, starred playbooks, diary actions, action logs, feedback and daily check-in entries.

Special Category And Sensitive Data

Your inputs may include sensitive information about health, relationships, finances, work or personal circumstances. Only share information you are comfortable storing in your private account and having processed for the purposes described here. The platform is designed for educational guidance and personal organisation, not clinical, legal, tax or regulated financial advice.

Photos

KemiKing Capital OS does not currently store progress photos. Any progress tracking is text-based unless a separate photo-storage feature is deliberately introduced with clear consent and additional privacy controls.

How We Use Data

Founder And Admin Review

During beta, Capital Audit submissions, member entries, generated playbooks, access requests and support requests may be reviewed by authorised KemiKing administrators for member support, safety, quality improvement, product development and prompt evaluation. This review is intended to improve the standard of the product as real members use it.

Administrative access should be treated as private operational access, not public sharing. Do not enter information you would not be comfortable storing in your account or having reviewed by authorised administrators for these purposes.

System Processing

When you generate a playbook, your submitted situation and relevant tool context are sent to the automated generation provider used by the platform so a response can be generated. System outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances, so review them carefully before acting. Avoid entering information you do not want processed for this purpose.

Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, database, automated generation, payment processing, email delivery, monitoring and code-management services. Current core providers include Supabase for authentication and database services, AWS Lightsail for hosting, Anthropic for automated generation, Stripe for payments and billing, an SMTP/email provider for transactional emails, and GitHub for code management. These providers may process data in countries outside your own.

Local Drafts

Draft tool inputs may be stored in your own browser local storage so you do not lose long notes before generating a playbook. These drafts stay on that device/browser unless you clear them from your profile.

Retention

Playbooks, actions and check-ins remain in your account while your account is active so you can track progress over time. You can delete individual playbooks and actions inside the app. Password reset tokens are temporary. Email, login, billing, support and admin records may be kept for security, support, audit, accounting and legal reasons. Backups may retain data for a limited period after deletion before they are overwritten. You can request account-level deletion or correction from your profile.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and object to certain processing. Members can export their data from the profile area and submit deletion or support requests from inside the app.

Security

We use authenticated access, secure cookies in production, content security controls and database-level access controls. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive details.
