Private Member Platform

KemiKing Capital is operated by TheKemiKing. It is a private member platform for generating educational playbooks, delivering optional learning programmes such as Executive Communication Academy, tracking personal actions and organising progress across physical, social, career and wealth capital.

Educational Use Only

The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, speech-language therapy, legal advice, tax advice, regulated financial advice, employment law advice, therapy or emergency support. Playbooks and Academy lessons are educational and should be adapted with qualified professional support where appropriate. Articulation coaching is intended to improve intelligibility, structure and verbal control, not to diagnose a speech condition or erase a natural accent.

Your Responsibilities

• Use accurate information where you want useful guidance.
• Do not rely on the platform as a substitute for professional advice.
• Use your own judgement before taking action.
• Keep your login details secure and do not share your account.
• Do not upload or enter unlawful, abusive or third-party confidential material.
• Do not use the platform if you are under 18.

Generated Playbooks And Lessons

Generated playbooks and Academy lessons may contain errors, omissions or suggestions that are not suitable for your circumstances. They do not guarantee any health, financial, professional, relationship, communication or business outcome. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before acting on them. Where decisions carry clinical, legal, regulatory, financial or professional risk, seek qualified advice and verify current requirements.

Completing an Academy lesson records practice; it is not a professional qualification, certification or proof of executive competence. References to governance, commercial judgement, organisational design, healthcare, investors or crisis leadership describe communication practice in those contexts and do not confer domain expertise.

Academy Curriculum Status

Unless a specific release is expressly identified as independently reviewed or accredited, Executive Communication Academy is an educational KemiKing curriculum in internal or member beta. Automated generation personalises approved curriculum context, but no automated system can guarantee that every sentence, pronunciation guide or scenario is error-free. KemiKing maintains an editorial review gate and may revise or withdraw lessons where quality concerns are identified.

Academy Timing And Reminders

The practice time selected in the Academy is a preferred routine and may be used to create an optional calendar reminder. It is not a guarantee that a lesson will be sent by email or push notification at that time. Imported calendar reminders are controlled by your calendar provider and do not automatically pause, move or disappear when Academy preferences change.

Private Review Standard

Authorised KemiKing administrators may review member entries, generated playbooks and support requests to provide support, monitor safety, improve prompt quality and develop the product. Do not submit material you are not comfortable storing in your account or having reviewed for those purposes.

Membership And Access

Access is granted by approval and may be time-limited based on your membership. KemiKing may suspend or end access where an account is misused, expired or no longer eligible.

Executive Communication Academy is a long-form practice pathway, but access to lessons requires an active eligible membership unless KemiKing expressly agrees otherwise. Paused or archived programme data may be retained with your account, and available Academy data can be included in your member export.

• KemiKing Monthly Access: monthly access to the platform. The first season is normally held across 12 weeks, beginning with the First Capital Priority and one supporting capital.
• Founder Review Access: controlled access for selected members who require founder review before monthly continuation.
• Private upgrade: higher-touch, time-limited or 1-2-1 support may be offered by invitation and agreed separately in writing.

Renewal And Expiry

Renewals may be handled manually or through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing. We may contact you before expiry, but you are responsible for deciding whether to continue. Monthly KemiKing Capital access may renew monthly until cancelled through the billing portal or by contacting support, subject to any mandatory rights in your location. When access expires, login access to the member platform may end. Your account records may be retained for support, audit, renewal, legal and privacy-request purposes under the Privacy Policy. You can contact support@kemiking.com to request renewal, export, correction or deletion.

Fees, Cancellation And Refunds

Unless a mandatory consumer law in your location says otherwise, membership fees are non-refundable and there is no cancellation refund once access has been granted, the digital service has begun, a monthly billing period has started, or a private upgrade place has been reserved. Founder Review Access and other controlled-entry arrangements expire at the end of the stated access period unless extended or converted. Paid access periods, renewal options and private upgrade arrangements are confirmed separately when membership is approved or purchased.

Intellectual Property

The platform, brand, tool structure, prompts, design and software belong to TheKemiKing or its licensors. You may use playbooks generated in your own account for your personal planning and execution. You may not copy, resell, publish, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the platform, prompts or member-only materials.

Data And Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what data is stored and how requests for export, correction or deletion can be made.

Availability

The platform may be updated, interrupted or unavailable from time to time. We aim to maintain a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

International Use

The platform may be accessed by international users. You are responsible for making sure your use of the platform is lawful where you live. Mandatory local rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheKemiKing is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, decisions made from system-generated outputs, or outcomes that depend on your circumstances, judgement or third-party professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
